Jory stond in die periode onze advocaten bij met juridische opzoekingen en kon een aantal consultaties meevolgen. Het was een leerrijke stage voor Jory en hij was absoluut een meerwaarde voor ons kantoor. Wij zetten dan ook met plezier zijn artikel rond zijn masterproef in de kijker. Je vindt hieronder het integrale artikel terug, dat overigens gepubliceerd werd op <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jubel.be\/hof-van-cassatie-doorbreekt-13-jaar-stilte-over-lot-onrechtmatig-bewijs-in-civiele-zaken\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">de website van Jubel<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Hof van Cassatie doorbreekt 13 jaar (!) stilte over het lot van onrechtmatig bewijs in civiele zaken.<\/h2>\n<h3><strong>Over de auteur<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Jory Brabants D\u2019Hooghe is student eerste master burgerlijk- en procesrecht aan de Vrije Universiteit Brussel en bestuurslid bij ELSA Brussel en schrijft deze bijdrage in eigen naam. De bijdrage is een voorbereiding op de masterproef die de auteur onder het promotorschap van prof. dr.
