Deze bijstand, ook wel gekend onder de naam &#8216;<em>pro deo<\/em>&#8216;, maakt het mogelijk dat mensen die niet zelf de nodige financi\u00eble middelen hebben om zich juridisch te laten bijstaan toch een beroep kunnen doen op een advocaat.<\/p>\n<p>Bij de beoordeling of iemand recht heeft op deze bijstand wordt voornamelijk rekening gehouden met het gezinsinkomen. Deze inkomensgrenzen zouden in de toekomst gevoelig worden verhoogd. Zo mag, wie vandaag alleenstaand is, maximaal 1.026 EUR netto per maand verdienen om onder het systeem van de volledige kosteloosheid te vallen.
