Eindelijk. Voor velen is het op diverse vlakken een zwaar jaar geweest. Het coronavirus heeft onze maatschappij quasi een jaar lang in haar verstikkende houdgreep gehouden. Plots ging onze maatschappij op slot en werd het sociaal contact iets verdachts. Wie op 1 januari 2020 zou hebben voorspeld dat dit allemaal te gebeuren stond, was helderziend.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">De start van het nieuwe jaar is traditioneel het moment van reflectie. Een tijdstip om even achterom te kijken en terug te blikken op hetgeen voorbij is.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">In deze uitgebreide analyse willen we deze terugblik doen met een juridische bril op de neus. Als \u00e9\u00e9n conclusie alvast kan gemaakt worden, dan is het wel dat corona onze rechtstaat sterk onder druk heeft gezet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Hoe is de wetgever omgegaan met corona?
