Daarbij willen ze dat hij gedurende twee maanden 10% van zijn brutoloon afgeeft. De hoge tuchtraad dient hierover nog wel haar advies te geven waarna de straf pas definitief kan worden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">&#8216;<em>Het is goed dat ze er is, het is een heel krachtig signaal. Het is natuurlijk vrij symbolisch omdat we weten dat er veel zwaardere straffen bestaan, maar het is i\u00e9ts. Bovendien is het een signaal waar wij al sinds vorig jaar op wachten omdat er toch heel zware fouten zijn gemaakt bij de politie.<\/em>&#8216;\u00a0reageert meester <a href=\"https:\/\/cottyn.eu\/nl\/team\/belgium\/ann-van-de-steen\/\">Ann Van de Steen<\/a> op de tuchtstraf voor de directeur-generaal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Intussen loopt het onderzoek verder en zou de reconstructie in principe eind september doorgaan. Die werd eerder dit jaar uitgesteld omwille van de coronacrisis.
