Zo zijn er heel wat verschillen tussen de priv\u00e9sector en de overheid, doch ook wanneer het ontslag uitgaat van de werknemer of de werkgever. Ook het tijdstip van indiensttreding heeft invloed op de toepasselijke regels.<\/p>\n<p>Recentelijk werden er nog aanpassingen gedaan zo onder meer aan de ontslagregeling binnen de lokale besturen. Vroeger werd een onderscheid gemaakt tussen de statutaire ambtenaren en de contractuele ambtenaren.
