Vanaf 1 september zijn de regels rondom het innen van schulden bij consumenten veranderd. Is jouw bedrijf al aangepast aan het nieuwe Boek XIX \u2018Schulden van de consument\u2019<\/em> in het Wetboek Economisch Recht?<\/p>\n

Het correct volgen van deze aangepaste regels is cruciaal: jouw algemene voorwaarden, documenten en interne invorderingsprocessen moeten volledig conform zijn aan de nieuwe wet.\u00a0 Het niet naleven kan namelijk leiden tot boetes en andere juridische problemen.<\/p>\n
