Terezie Jelínková
Terezie Jelínková graduated from the law faculty at Charles University in Prague in 2018. She became a member of the Czech Bar Association shortly after graduation.
Her work experience in the legal profession started in 2012 when she worked in a law firm that focused primarily on foreign clients. She therefore specialises in private international law and European law, mainly related to commercial law, property law, medical law and general civil law. She also practices in the areas of family law, employment law and litigation. In recent years, medical law has become her true passion.
She helps her clients claim and obtain compensation or insurance payments for injuries or health problems caused by a third party.
Ten years of legal practice has exposed her to many different cases and legal issues that are often complex and raise further questions for the client. That is why Terezie Jelínková continues to enhance her professional qualifications and to embrace new challenges in other areas of law.

I am a very passionate person who tries to achieve as much as possible in every case for the client. Always trying to do a little more in the case than the client expects, to provide the best legal service he or she can possibly get.
Being a member of COTTYN has helped me gain a lot of new experience. I am happy to be part of the international team that gives me an opportunity to work with colleagues across Europe on international cases. In my opinion, it is very important to work in a team to deliver the best quality.
My big dream for the coming years is to do an internship at foreign law firms outside the Czech Republic and to obtain another degree in law. Because you should always set big goals in life!
