Adam Trojan
After successfully graduating from the Faculty of Law in Czechia and a year’s practice in a law firm, Adam Trojan joined COTTYN in autumn 2020. His main task is to provide services to clients in the area of contractual documentation, and representing clients before the courts and administrative authorities.
The focus of his practice is real estate law, civil and commercial law and criminal law. Adam Trojan has been involved in cross-border criminal cases and several cross-border real estate or business acquisitions.

In my work, I see myself as a consistent person who focuses on completing the task to the greatest possible customer satisfaction in the shortest possible time. I can work independently, but also within a larger team led by experienced lawyers from whom I have much to learn.
Besides the usual specialisations, I also focus on insolvency law, and I like to improve in this area, reading articles and attending seminars.
