Irina Horoi
Irina Horoi graduated from Nicolae Titulescu University in Bucharest and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar Association since 2016. In the same year, Irina joined the law firm Cosma & Associates in Bucharest. Irina’s experience includes several fascinating cases from public procurement, civil law, business law and administrative law.
In addition to these experiences, she also has experience of GDPR and consumer protection. Irina’s expertise lies in assisting clients at every stage of proceedings, and she has assisted numerous companies in a range of sectors.
Since her experience includes both litigation and consultancy, Irina Horoi is an excellent lawyer who is interested in the particularities and variations of firms with which she comes into contact.

Irina in her own words
Before becoming a lawyer, I graduated in 2012 from the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Bucharest. This previous experience leads me to believe that law has at least one thing in common with philosophy: the search for, the explanation of, and the value of truth that is always before our eyes or at our fingertips, but the evidence or mechanism of which evades us time after time.
Through my training, I offer a unique perspective on the legal problems I solve and in doing so, I recognise that my mission is to create bridges between conflicting ideas and interests by identifying and using relevant legal arguments.
