Rafał Karczmarczuk graduated in law from the University of Warsaw in 2005.
Rafał provides occasional legal services for COTTYN as he is an “of counsel” lawyer. He deals with matters related to administrative law, both procedural and substantive. In particular, construction law, reprivatisation and regulation. He prepares expert and legal opinions for public institutions and private entities.
Member (permanent) of the Board of Appeal for Self-Government in Warsaw.
