Marc Peufaillit
Marc Peufaillit has been advising and representing businesses for nearly 20 years, with a focus on business and corporate law, collective debt settlement, economic law, commercial leasing and competition law including antitrust cases, competition and cartels. Marc studied at the Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas in Paris where his passion lay in contract law. As a result, he chose contract law as his major.
Marc Peufaillit has been a lawyer at COTTYN in France since 1 January 2015, where he mainly handles contract law cases.

It was always obvious to me that I was going to be a lawyer. I wanted to make a difference as a lawyer by helping people get justice, and I love assisting and advising them so they can make the best choices.
I believe it is important that everyone can be represented and defended, and see this as a fundamental right. My years of experience as a lawyer make me the ideal person to assist and guide you.
