Franz Cabrières
Franz Cabrières has been a partner at COTTYN France since 1 January 1995. He studied law at the Université de Paris Dauphine-PSL and took his doctorate in economics at the same university. Accordingly, he specialises in mergers and acquisitions, industrial and commercial partnerships, companies in difficulty and restructurings.

I decided to become a lawyer specialising in corporate law so I could combine my academic knowledge of law and economics. I love consulting with my clients to help them make the best decisions and run their businesses in a proper and efficient manner.
