Nestor Roseleth
Nestor Roseleth completed a licentiate in law from KU Leuven in 1981. After his studies, he went straight into work as a lawyer. After meeting Marc Cottyn, it quickly became clear that working together would result in the expansion of the practice into what it is today.
As well as being a founding partner and director of the Belgian practice, his experience and expertise have made him a partner in charge of the CSR (collective debt settlement) and insurance, traffic and liability units.
As well as the legal side of his work, Nestor Roseleth keeps track of numerous administrative tasks including incoming correspondence in close coordination with the office management team so that hearings are attended, and due dates and deadlines for submissions met.

For almost my entire career at the bar, I have been working with Marc and more recently Ann. For several years, I was effectively the managing partner of the practice, so I know all about the ins and outs of a law firm.
With a smile, and sometimes with a tear, I am particularly pleased with what we have achieved together over all these years, each through their character, their knowledge and their skills.
If you ask me what is important for the future of the practice, I would say further expansion and thorough computerisation. And a horde of trainee lawyer doing my bidding of course! 🙂
