Carolien in her own words
I am an enthusiastic and motivated person who is always willing to help others. I start each day with a smile. I take this positive approach to every case. Close contact with the client and a personalised solution are key.
I always try to reach an amicable solution in the client’s interest, but that does not mean I will not avoid going to court if necessary.
